Toddler found roaming Roseville streets at 4 a.m.
ROSEVILLE, CA – A toddler was found wandering a Roseville neighborhood in the early morning hours of Monday, leading to the arrest of several family members.
According to the Roseville Police Department a call came in around 4 a.m. on Monday regarding a toddler that was found wandering the neighborhood in the 300 block of Summergrove Circle. The child was naked from the waist down.
The man who discovered the baby told CBS13 he saw a door open at a house in the area and when he brought the child to the front doorstep of the child’s home, he was shocked at the condition of the home and promptly contacted police.
Officers arrived and confirmed the house was filthy and a hazard to the child. The child was released into Child Protective Services and officers arrested 51-year-old Charmaine Joy Frost (child’s grandmother), 22-year-old Crystal Frost (child’s mother) and 23-year-old Thomas Ira Frost (Child’s uncle).
